| Water and Sewer Account Activation and Billing Rates Before water and /or sewer service can be established 1) an application for service must be filled out and signed and 2) a deposit (based on a combination of meter size, an average monthly bill and presence inside/outside the city limits) must be paid. Building/Planning Regulations The City maintains the regulation and ordinances governing land usage within the City limits. Any such usage must fall within the guidelines set by the City ordinances or be approved by the Planning Commission. Weddings The City Administrator performs wedding ceremonies within the State of Oregon—please contact the City offices for availability and fees. |
Notary Services The City provides at no cost notary services during regular business hours at the City Hall. |
Court Traffic citations issued by a Douglas County Sheriffs Department officer within the Yoncalla area are heard by Drain Justice Court. Municipal Judge Kathleen Finley is the code enforcement officer for Ordinances, Violations, and Abatements. |
Copy / Fax Services The City provides copy services at 15 cents per copy or 10 cents per copy for larger orders. The first 5 pages of a fax sent is $3.50 and $2.00 for faxes received within the US. |
